SHIPPING

Standard global shipping is included for a flat rate of AU $15.00. (Automatically included with all purchases, this shipping type takes 10-20 days to ship, untracked around the world.)

Express global shipping is available as a separate option if you prefer a faster, tracked service. (AU $20, 5-7 days shipping, fully tracked).


TRACKING + INSURANCE

Express parcels are tracked and require a signature for delivery. 
Please provide a phone number and bear in mind we do not accept PO boxes. Once your item is sent, we will email a tracking number.

Standard parcels are not tracked.

Insurance is not included with shipping and Bebassy is not liable if your parcel goes missing. To insure your parcel at additional cost, please contact us. Extra Fees are not included where they may be applied by customs in your country.

PAYMENTs

Secure Credit Card payments are accepted via Apple Pay, STRIPE and PayPal. Note: Bebassy is an enterprise of Australian Registered Company The Bird Collective Pty Ltd. Purchases are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.


RETURNS

Refunds are offered only on faulty items. 
No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges are offered only on items where the customer requests replacement of size/colour/style.

Returns should be posted back at the customer’s expense and must be received by Bebassy within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the case of faulty items/refunds, Bebassy will refund both the purchase and the postage costs incurred by the buyer. In the case of exchanges, the buyer needs to pay $30 to cover return postage costs for the new item.

To return, make sure
:
1. Item is not worn, damaged, washed.
2. All original tags are attached.
3. You notify within 7 days of item receipt.

4. You return the item within 14 days.
5. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase.

To arrange an exchange or refund, email a copy of your order to heidi@bebassy.com along with a short explanation. Upon receiving the posted item, we will exchange, pending item assessment. If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements, the items will be sent back. Bebassy is not responsible for packages sent by customers which do not arrive. Customers are recommended to use a tracked service.
