Shipping + Returns
 

Bebassy sells online for purchase worldwide.



All items come with the option for standard shipping (free, 10-20 days shipping, untracked), or express shipping (AU$30, 5-7 days shipping and fully tracked).
 Please select your shipping type at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders include free standard postage, shipping globally from Bali, Indonesia.
 Packages with ‘free shipping’ take 10-20 business days to ship and do not include tracking. 



EXPRESS SHIPPING

Packages with ‘express shipping’ are charged at a flat rate of AUD $30 and are tracked. Express orders to Australia usually arrive within 5 business days. 
Express orders to Europe & USA usually arrive within 7 business days.


tRACKING + INSURANCE

Standard postage parcels are not tracked. All express postage parcels are tracked and require a signature for delivery. 
Please provide a contact phone number and bear in mind that we do not accept PO boxes as a valid address. Once your item has been sent, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Shipping does not include insurance. Bebassy is not liable if your parcel goes missing. 
If you would like to insure your parcel at additional cost, please advise us.

Postage does not include further possible taxes applied by customs in your country.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES



We only offer refunds if the item is faulty. 
No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Bebassy offers exchanges only on items where the customer requests replacement of size/colour/style.

Returns and exchanges should be posted back at the customer’s expense and must be received by Bebassy within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the case of faulty items/refunds, Bebassy will refund both the purchase and the postage costs incurred by the buyer. In the case of exchanges, the buyer will need to pay $30 to cover return postage costs in exchanging the new item. 


To exchange or return items, please make sure
:

1. Item has not been worn, damaged, washed. 

2. All original tags are attached.
3. You notify us within 7 days of item receipt.

4. You return the item within 14 days.
5. The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

To arrange an exchange or refund, please email heidi@bebassy.com with a copy of your order, and a short explanation. Upon receiving the posted item, we will offer an exchange, pending assessment of the item. If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements for exchange or refund, the items will be sent back. Bebassy does not accept responsibility for packages sent by customers which do not arrive. Customers are recommended to select a service that provides tracking. 


PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay securely through our website. 
Bebassy accepts all credit Card payments via Apple Pay, STRIPE and PayPal. Please note: Bebassy is an enterprise under the umbrella of the Australian registered company ‘The Bird Collective, Pty. Ltd’ (inc. since 2007). If you don’t wish to pay via credit card, you can deposit payments directly into our Australian bank account by this name:
